Accountability in Action — Full day

This workshop is ideal for a company meeting, event or retreat. The program is built around structured interactive exercises that involve the participants’ imagination, creativity and the spirit of spontaneity. It employs many theater games, props and unusual hats as well as communication exercises developed for the business climate.

These advanced techniques help participants become aware of different styles of communication, work cooperatively on problem solving and feel better about relationships with co-workers.

The Art of Communication — 2-4 hours

The secret of communication is twofold: developing an effective presentation and mastering delivery. Specific words carry a powerful punch; non-verbal communication adds double potency. Once you have learned to identify a client’s hot buttons, the real challenge is to stay attuned to the client and situation and sustain rapport. In this seminar, you’ll learn to create a connection with your prospects from the moment you say "hello." You’ll develop the necessary skills to listen and ask the right questions to effectively zero in on what your client needs. This program is geared to increasing both your effectiveness in appointment setting and closing sales over the phone.

The Science of Handling Objections — 2-4 hours

The key to becoming a masterful closer lies in learning not to be swayed when you hear "no," but instead finding a way to re-strategize. In this program you’ll learn how to spot when a client is putting up smoke screens and how to unearth the real reason why they are not buying from you. Plus Jessica identifies the six steps to handling an objection and maps out different strategies to help you move through client resistance. Finally, you’ll develop a full repertoire of creative maneuvers so that you are equipped and prepared for any sales encounter. You’ll even have the opportunity to practice methods key to bringing a sale to a successful close so that everyone involved feels that they have won.

Banking on Success — 2 hours

Success is financed with a bank account of healthy self-esteem. This interactive program will introduce you to ways to create a strong foundation for personal achievement, providing tools for developing a belief in self, a positive mindset and focus. Techniques will be drawn from the principles of Self Talk as well as other psychological breakthroughs that can be practiced and implemented to create permanent change in our mental habits and behavior. This is a "feel-good" program where participants leave with a renewed sense of their own self-worth and ability.

How to Become a Sales Champion — 2 hours

Strength in sales requires the inner muscle to deal with resistant clients and repeated rejections and the stamina to cope with fatigue from long hours of making sales calls and overcoming objections. Like an Olympic athlete, the sales champion must train and condition sales muscles to perform at peak capacity.

This program teaches the sales pro to step outside the comfort zone, to focus relentlessly on the goal, and to cultivate the mind set that nothing will stop him or her from reaching that goal.
